The Brief
Premium product. Untapped potential.
ONSURI crafts exceptional extra virgin olive oils on a family estate in Jordan, known for their high polyphenol content, world-class quality and traditional hand-picked methods. The brand had built loyal interest in the UK and internationally, but their Shopify site wasn’t optimised to turn that interest into reliable ecommerce performance.
They came to TH3 with a clear set of goals:
- Increase online conversions across product pages and bundles
- Improve the site’s UI/UX to reflect the premium quality of the oils
- Introduce new functionality, including preorder systems for early harvests
- Strengthen email capture and flows to build long-term customer value









The Challenge

ONSURI’s oils – from limited early harvest releases to award-winning varieties – command genuine enthusiasm from both discerning food lovers and wellness-focused audiences. But translating that interest into a seamless Shopify experience was being held back by an under-optimised site.
- Navigation and product flows weren’t clearly guiding users from discovery to checkout
- Preorder demand for new harvest oils lacked dedicated infrastructure
- Email capture and segmentation were under-leveraged, despite strong brand storytelling
- Mobile and desktop UX needed refinement to reduce friction across the journey
At the same time, ONSURI needed to migrate a loyal customer base to a new platform without losing trust or existing SEO traction. Their site ranked well for key terms, so care was needed to preserve visibility during the rebuild.
With future collaborations like the Ovette launch on the horizon, the platform also had to be scalable and able to accommodate new campaigns without diluting the core brand.
The challenge wasn’t just about refreshing the interface. It was about reshaping the entire digital experience to ensure every visit felt premium, intuitive and conversion-ready.

Our Solution

We redesigned ONSURI’s Shopify presence with clarity, usability and performance in mind.
- Product pages were reimagined to highlight taste profiles, health benefits and usage guidance, making it easier for customers to explore varietals, bundles and preorder options
- A robust preorder system was added to support early harvest launches, allowing ONSURI to capture demand before products even shipped
- UI and UX were streamlined across desktop and mobile, improving navigation and reducing friction from browse to basket
- “Subscribe & Save” features were introduced to drive recurring revenue
- Smarter email capture points and segmentation flows were set up via ActiveCampaign, allowing personalised re-engagement based on behaviour
- We also worked closely with the ONSURI team to improve their Google Ads performance, reducing CPC, refining campaign targeting, and improving conversion metrics across key periods

Subscriptions rose steadily, supporting predictable revenue and repeat purchases

- Google Ads delivered significantly better returns, with conversion value nearly doubling and cost per conversion nearly halved from August to November
- December’s CTR hit a campaign high, showing stronger engagement at a lower cost
